I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Payment and Shipping

-I accept Paypal, all major credit cards and Etsy gift cards.

-Please contact me if you need to make changes to your order. If I have already shipped the product, I cannot refund the order.

-I ship via USPS in the United States. Shipping costs are determined by size and weight of the package.

-I will ship internationally, but have no control over customs once it leaves the United States. Keep in mind shipping times can be longer due to customs. I will do my best to answer any questions.

-If your product arrives damaged please send me a photo of the damaged product and its packaging so that we may work on a solution.

-Returned and Exchanged Items: Are handled on a case by case basis. Please see above or contact me with any concerns.
